Well here we are. We have checked into our flights eaten our last Canadian dinner and will be enjoying our last night by playing Scrabble and packing our bags. We have had a great few days in Vancouver enjoying this winter weather quite a bit Next stop London.

The taxi ride from the port at Camanaus to Soa Gabriel took about 2030 minutes and the scenery was spectacular. The tropical landscape surrounding the houses and farms that we passed on our way by reminded me of some ritzy luxurious tropical paradise like a cross between Miami and Costa Rica. Reed Memorial Park

This morning we all set off the Reed Memorial Park for a walk it’s nice and shady and a bit cooler in the heat so was very nice. We took a detour on the way back to walk in the canopy walkway Back home for tea and early lunch.

Things are going well here and the fence WAS completed but no workers showed up after the Quince fete on Friday night Imagine that The party did continue to 4 am so Isidro was tired and had to rest on Saturday. Yokoso welcome Japan We just left Tokyo and canrsquot stop talking about what a great city it was. It was humongous but still seemed manageable because they have a great metro system. We also walked around tons so we really got to explore the different neighborhoods. Today we had another really long driving day from Sacramento to Desert Hot Springs where Steversquos sister Barbara lives. We stopped to visit one of Steversquos sons George and granddaughter Sequoia in Victorville on the way.
